Fabrizio Bottero Born into a family of chefs, Fabrizio Bottero began his appreciation for food and cooking in Rome, Italy. At the age of 18, he headed to New York City to begin his culinary career, working at numerous establishments such as the fabled Max’s Kansas City. Bottero went on to own some of the most prestigious restaurants in New York City, including the Sign of the Dove and the acclaimed 65 Irving Place. Chef Bottero has won numerous awards, including Outstanding Chef of 2000 by Chef Registry, and the Johnson & Wales Distinguished Executive Chef Award. Waring is honored to have the accomplished and respected Fabrizio Bottero as our executive chef and spokesperson.
