NOW PLAYING: Mix it Up with Chef Ralph Perrazzo’s Innovative Creations
Ralph Perrazzo Ralph Perrazzo of Long Island, New York pursued his interest in the culinary and pastry industry at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Working in some of New York City's top kitchens, including Jean George under then chef de cuisine Gabriel Kreuther, Perrazzo mixed it up with some of the top pastry chefs in the industry. Since then, the "2005 StarChefs.com Las Vegas Rising Star Pastry Chef" trained at Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and eventually found a home for his pastry and passion at Ken Oringer's flagship restaurant Clio. Here, the pastry chef worked tirelessly (but not conventionally) to transform desserts with the freshest ingredients and concepts.
